Step 1: Material Certification:All incoming alloys are verified via XRF analyzers and Mill Test Reports (MTRs).

Step 2: In-Process Monitoring: Real-time dimensional checks using 3D CMM and ultrasonic testing (UTの) during machining.

Step 3: Final Inspection :100% hydrostatic testing, surface finish evaluation, and PMI (Positive Material Identification).

Step 4: Documentation : Comprehensive test records, including NDE reports, heat treatment charts, and COC (Certificate of Conformance).
