Raw Material Sourcing – Access to our Factories

Raw materials usually enter the factory in 7-15 days, at this stage our quality control department will test the appearance and size of the raw materials,

including chemical analysis and mechanical properties to ensure that the raw materials meet the customer’s requirements, if the customer has a third-party inspection requirements,

Cutting Material:

According to the customer’s order requirements, our production department creates the ratio of material to be discharged at the molding stage through the ERP management system.

Forming

The molding stage of the product, which is not the final form of the product. In this stage, the product is formed in a semi-finished state by forging or presses pushed or hot pressed.

Base on order quantity ,Usually within 15days

Hot Treatment:

In this case, the heat treatment process is done according to the grade and standard of the material in the order. For example, A105N normalized, A860WPHY52, quenched and tempered.

Machining and beveling+ non-destructive testing：

This is the final stage of the production process ，Next, the finished product will be subjected to non-destructive testing,

which includes ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, penetration testing, hydraulic testing and 100% RT. Usually within 5days

 

Surface Treatment and Marking:

This includes sandblasting of the product and painting or anti-corrosion coating of the product. Such as Hot-dip galvanized, 3PE ,FBE。 Black or yellow painting etc

Marking base on client requirments or our company Brand

Packages :

Provide packaging suitable for sea or air transportation according to customer requirements. Usually within 7 days

Shipment:

We contact your appointed forwarder and usually the container comes to our factory for loading or we deliver the goods directly to the port warehouse of the customer’s appointed forwarder.

We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists including certificates of origin, or other documents required by the customer to submit to the freight forwarder, once the goods leave the port we will communicate with the freight forwarder, the estimated time of arrival of the container ship to the destination country and the current position of the ship traveling information.

At the same time, we will also inform the customer of the free use period of the container, including reminding the customer to pick up the goods and clear the customs in a timely manner after the arrival of the goods, in order to avoid incurring late fees and so on.
